Do you have questions about one of your A-Trust certificates?

Please contact our support team, which is available Monday to Friday (weekdays) 08 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can reach us either via our chargeable hotline (€ 1.09/min)* or free of charge by e-mail to servicecenter@a-trust.at.
You are also welcome to take a look at our FAQ, where the most frequently asked questions are answered. On our statistics page you can also get a live impression of whether our certificates are running smoothly from a technical point of view.

* A-Trust Support takes the time needed to provide detailed, individual and technical answers to customer questions. The operation of the telephone service hotline is therefore time-consuming and cost-intensive - in order to be able to deal with every telephone inquiry and guarantee the quality of the service, a call to the service hotline is subject to a charge. E-mail inquiries, on the other hand, are free of charge and are processed with the same level of service.
