The ID Austria and xIDENTITY are available to private individuals for use completely free of charge. Anyone who wants to use a qualified electronic signature from A-Trust in the course of their own work activities while maintaining the highest level of compliance should opt for a signature solution for companies.

Commercial usage package

For companies with low signature volumes, however, implementing large-scale enterprise solutions is not (yet) worthwhile. We have therefore developed the "Commercial Usage Package" to meet their individual needs: This means that you can also sign in a business context in compliance with the GDPR. In addition to the contractually defined distribution of roles in accordance with the GDPR, you also benefit from guaranteed availability through a binding Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Use of the signature interface

Private companies can also use PDF Sign from A-Trust or the A-Trust account to transmit signature requests to A-Trust and to sign documents in a qualified manner using ID Austria or xIDENTITY.

Connection to the signature interface

To connect to the signature interface of A-Trust, you need a so-called service provider agreement. Our sales team will be happy to advise you here as well.

Sign document

Sign the document (e.g. via ID Austria or xIDENTITY) and send it to our sales team.

Receive documents

Shortly afterwards, you will receive the countersigned document from our sales team. The billing takes place annually (pro rata).
