FIDO Tokens
In addition to a smartphone, a FIDO token can also be used as a second factor for triggering ID Austria. Due to legal requirements, A-Trust may only accept FIDO tokens that are FIDO2 Level 2 certified and support WebAuthn. Therefore, the following models can currently be used as a second factor for ID Austria:
- Yubico YubiKey 5 NFC FIPS
- GoTrust Idem Key (USB-A/NFC)
- GoTrust Idem Key (USB-C/NFC)
- TrustKey G310H
- Yubico Security Key NFC (black, version 2023)
