In some cases, calls are also made afterwards. These do not come from A-Trust. We never contact our users by phone in connection with ID Austria security procedures. If you receive such a call, end the conversation immediately and do not follow any instructions.

Your ID Austria is protected by your signature password and a second factor (app or FIDO token). A signature can only be triggered if both factors—password and second factor—are present. This ensures that your digital identity remains secure.
