Requirements for issuance
Two requirements must be met for the authentication of the respective legal entity and the issuance of your Amtssignatur certificate.
Affiliation with an Austrian authority
Amtssignatur certificates are specifically aimed at Austrian authorities and organizations with authority status. Affiliation with such an authority is therefore a prerequisite for the purchase.
Unique identification
Unique identification of the person authorized for the authority is required for the certificate to be issued. This requires a qualified signature (e.g. via ID Austria); a handwritten signature and an official stamp are also sufficient for issuing an Amtssignatur basic certificate.

Fill out order form on our website and sign the document as a person authorized for your authority either using a QES (e.g. with ID Austria) or manually (in this case a copy of ID is also necessary) and put the official stamp on it.

Choose whether you want to pay for the certificate annually by direct debit, or once per invoice for the entire duration of the certificate's validity.

Certificate issuance
We will then issue your Amtssignatur certificate and send it to you. You can then create official signatures for your authority on your own.
